Regular Board Meeting
Pursuant to ARS §38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the general public that the Maricopa County Community College District Governing Board will hold a Regular Board Meeting @ 6:30 p.m. on the 27th day of October 2026.
The meeting will be held at the following location:
Conference Center @ Rio Salado College | 2323 W 14th St. | Tempe, AZ 85281. The venue will open at 6:00 p.m, and the WebEX stream will be available for all 30 minutes prior to the start of the public meeting.

Pursuant to ARS §38-431.03 (A)(2) & (A)(3), the Board may vote to convene in executive session, which will not be open to the public, 1) for discussion or consultation for legal advice concerning any item on this agenda, and/or 2) to consider records exempt by law from public inspection, including the receipt and discussion of information that is required to be maintained as confidential by state or federal law.
