Administrative Regulations

On January 27, 2026, the Governing Board formally approved a new Policy Framework designed to modernize, clarify, and strengthen how districtwide policies are structured, maintained, and communicated. Administrative Regulations are developed by the responsible District Office division to implement and enact board policies to guide the operations of the District.

As part of implementation of the new Policy Framework, Administrative Regulations may be:

  • Developed to support new Board Policy
  • Substantively revised
  • Consolidated from multiple prior Administrative Regulations
  • Promoted from existing Administrative Regulations and adopted as Board Policy
  • Retired if no longer necessary

Existing Administrative Regulations remain in effect.

This web site provides readers with recently adopted Administrative Regulations, as well as existing Administrative Regulations.
